Mr. Gallagher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and maintains engineer licensure in California, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Nevada, and New York. As an American Welding Society© Certified Weld Inspector, Mr. Gallagher brings specialized expertise to structural inspections and PCAS support.

Derek has served as Engineer of Record and project manager on multiple federal design projects, supporting mission‑critical facilities with disciplined engineering, inter-disciplinary management, and field‑tested judgment. His experience spans structural design and assessment, facility inspection and planning, and QA/QC.
